(Jackson, Mn.)– Authorities in Jackson, Minnesota say they’re seeing an uptick in fake 20 dollar bills making the rounds in that community. The Sheriff’s Office says they’ve been made aware of at least four counterfeit 20 dollar bills just in the past week.
Business owners are being encouraged to remind employees to carefully examine 20 dollar bills if someone presents one. They urge businesses who happen to come across a counterfeit bill to report it to law enforcement as soon as possible.
