(Spencer)– The city of Spencer will be picking up snow in the Downtown Commercial District beginning at 12:01 am Wednesday, February 12th. City officials remind everyone that all vehicles need to be out of that area by midnight.
They add that sidewalk snow from the Downtown Commercial District is to be placed not less than 18 inches or more than 36 inches into the street, measured from the face of the curb.
