22 citizens currently pay for the additional level of service. Clayton says one option would be for those customers to get a smaller 35 gallon container, instead of the current 95 gallon, which she says could still fall under the enhanced service at the same cost as those who are on the basic service. No action was taken on the matter. Council members indicated they want to see the smaller containers first and visit further with constituents.
