(Sioux City)– Estherville attorney Melanie Summers Bauler is among the three applicants for a District Court Judge position. Attorneys Andrew J. Smith of Alta and Elizabeth Specketer of Rembrandt have also submitted applications.
Each applicant will appear before the 3A Judicial Nominating Commission for a personal interview at the O’Brien County Courthouse in Primghar August 20th.
Judicial Sub-District 3A is comprised of Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Kossuth, Lyon, O’Brien, Osceola and Palo Alto counties.
