(Estherville)– Authorities in Emmet county have released details into a traffic stop earlier this month that resulted in the arrest of a Nebraska man.
The Sheriff’s Office says it happened back on July 20th when a deputy pulled over a vehicle around 11:00 pm in the 1600 block of 410th Avenue for a traffic violation.
A passenger, 30-year-old Alyssia Langer of Omaha, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Langer was booked into jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
