(Hull)– A Hull man was arrested Saturday on multiple charges stemming from a joint investigation by the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office and the Iowa State Patrol.
Authorities say 44-year-old Isidro Encarnacion of Hull threatened family members with a large knife as he was allegedly trying to steal a vehicle.
