(Spencer)– The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), will be opening a Disaster Area Recovery Center tomorrow (Tues.) at 1:00 pm at the Tower Gate Pavilion at the Clay County Fairgrounds in Spencer.
The center will be open daily, including July 4th, from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm until further notice.
Recovery specialists from FEMA and the U.S. Small Business Administration will provide information on available resources and to explain disaster assistance programs. They’ll also help residents complete or check the status of applications for federal assistance.
