(Estherville)– Construction on Iowa Highway 4 in Estherville resumes next week.
A press release issued by the city says a stretch of the highway between Central Avenue and 5th Avenue North will be closed to traffic four to six weeks beginning Tuesday, May 28th.
Traffic will be detoured on North 4th Street and 7th Avenue North.
