(Spencer)– With severe weather season comes a reminder of the annual storm spotter class put on by the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls. It will be held at 7:00 this (Thurs.) evening at the Clay County Regional Events Center in Spencer. It’s free of charge and everyone is invited.
