(Milford)– Full curb and gutter will remain in the plans for the re-construction of 13th Street, or County Road A-34 from Highway 71 to the west city limits. Some farmers and truck drivers expressed concern over the full height curbs at an informational meeting held prior to the start of the project, calling for sloped curbs instead.
