NW Iowa Man Pleads Guilty To Federal Drug Charge

March 19, 2024 Steve Schwaller

(Sioux City)– A Rock Valley man has pleaded guilty in federal court to conspiring to distribute methamphetamine.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Iowa says 58-year-old Terrance Buescher entered the plea Friday, admitting that from April 2022 through January 2023, he was involved in the distribution of at least 20 pounds of meth in the Rock Valley area. Buescher admitted to obtaining the drug from a source in Colorado.

Sentencing is pending completion of a pre-sentence report. He’s being held in the custody of a U.S. Marshal in the meantime.
