The city council last month reviewed some proposed zoning revisions modeled after a similar ordinance in Wahpeton but referred the matter back to the Planning and Zoning Commission for further review. Since then, Mayor Matt Carstensen says the city council has come under scrutiny…
The Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled to take up the matter at a meeting scheduled for this Thursday.
