(Estherville)– A traffic stop last week in the 4500 block of Highway 9 in Emmet county resulted in the arrest of a Blue Earth, Minnesota man on drug charges.
Authorities say a deputy discovered a passenger in the vehicle was allegedly in possession of about an ounce of methamphetamine and some drug paraphernalia.
37-year-old Mathew Bartz was arrested and booked into jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine with intent to deliver, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
