(Clive)– A Terril man has won a $25,000 cash prize in the Iowa Lottery. Chester Martin won the top prize in the Iowa Lottery’s “Cash Spectacular InstaPlay game. He purchased his winning ticket at Boji Junction in Milford and recently claimed his prize at the Iowa Lottery’s regional office in Storm Lake.
