(Humboldt)– A single vehicle crash Monday evening on a gravel road at the Kossuth/Humboldt county line claimed the life of a Livermore man.
The Iowa State Patrol says 19-year-old Desiman Stone, Jr. of Livermore was driving a 2005 Pontiac northbound when he ran a stop sign at the county line, and that he lost control of the vehicle. Troopers say Stone was ejected from the vehicle after it rolled several times. He was pronounced dead a short time later.
The crash took place a little before 7:00 pm and is still under investigation.
