Clay County Fair Powered By SMU To Celebrate Cultural Diversity

(Spencer)– This year’s Clay County Fair powered by SMU will celebrate cultural diversity with special entertainment events on both the opening and closing weekends of the venue.

The Hispanic Festival, which debuted at the 2021 fair, will be back this year on Sunday, September 11th with two musical artists. DJ JC will perform at 3:00 pm following Rey De Rancho, a nortena band based out of Mankato, will perform at 4:00 pm that same afternoon.

A Native American Festival will be held for the first time at the fair on Sunday, September 18th. The Many Moccasins Dance Troupe, an international professional Native American dance ensemble, will perform that day at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, and 3:00 pm.
