(Spencer)– A Spencer man has been picked up on an outstanding warrant out of California.
28-year-old Eric Roberts was arrested Tuesday by Spencer police at his residence.
Roberts was wanted on a warrant from San Bernadino, California charging him with assault with a deadly weapon.
Roberts was unable to post a 50-thousand dollar bond and was placed in the Clay county jail awaiting extradition back to California.
