Greenville Man Sentenced On Meth Charges

(Sioux City)– A Greenville man has been sentenced to more than 11 years in federal prison for manufacturing and distributing methamphetamine within a thousand feet of the Okoboji Elementary School in Milford.

37-year-old Westly DuWayne Erb received the sentence after pleading guilty to the charges.

In a plea agreement, Erb admitted that between about January 1994 and February, 2000 he and others conspired to distribute methamphetamine and manufactured and distributed meth.

Erb must also serve a 10 year term of supervised release following the prison term.
