(Spencer)– A Spencer man sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle rollover over the weekend.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 20-year-old Jeffrey Cadwell was driving a 1991 Mercury southbound in the 2700 block of 270th Avenue around 11:00 p.m. Saturday when he lost control. The vehicle went into the east ditch, winding up on it’s top.
Cadwell sustained minor injuries in the crash.
Cadwell was cited for failure to maintain control, failure to report a personal injury accident and striking fixtures upon a roadway.
