(Superior)– No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash late Wednesday afternoon on Highway Nine in Superior, but there was a considerable amount of property damage.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says it involved a 2001 Ford pickup driven by 37-year-old Joey Manwarren of Wallingford and a 1998 Ford Explorer driven by 26-year-old Joyce Yates-Gardner of Arnolds Park.
Six thousand dollars in damage was estimated to the vehicle driven by Manwarren with eight thousand to the one driven by Yates-Gardner.
The mishap took place around 4:40 p.m. It blocked traffic for awhile until authorities could remove the wreckage.
Snow was falling at the time of the mishap.
