(Spencer)– Two Hartley teens have been charged with underage tobacco possession after they were found in a broken down vehicle in the 1600 block of Clay County Road B-24.
The two juveniles, ages 14 and 17, were issued citations and released.
The incident took place shortly before 8:30 p.m. Friday.
The stalled vehicle was discovered by a passerby who contacted the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
