(Ocheyedan)– A Hartley woman was injured in a single-vehicle accident that took place around 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
The State Patrol says 18-year-old Anabel Masquez was northbound on County Road M-18 about four miles south of Highway nine when she lost control of a 1999 Dodge Ram pickup. The vehicle went into the east ditch and struck a culvert.
Masquez complained of pain in her neck, shoulder and an elbow. She sought her own treatment.
Three thousand dollars in damage was estimated to the vehicle.
