(Everly)– Charges have been filed against an Everly man in connection with a fight Sunday night at Barb’s Corner near Everly.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says it received a report of a fight in the bar at Barb’s Corner around 11:20 p.m. Upon investigating deputies determined 34-year-old Douglas Kosters was the alleged aggressor. Kosters was arrested and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Clay county jail.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa State Patrol.
