(Ocheyedan)– A local fire department has been awarded funding through the latest round of grants through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program.
The Ocheyedan Fire Department will be getting 31,282-dollars to improve operations and safety.
Ocheyedan is one of five Iowa fire departments awarded funding in the latest round of grants.
