(Milford)– Milford police have arrested two 18-year-old men in connection with a residential break-in late last month.
Michael Allen Reason and Matthew Lee Reason…both from Milford…have been charged with burglary in the third degree…a class “D” felony; criminal mischief in the fourth degree…a serious misdemeanor; and theft in the fifth degree…a simple misdemeanor.
Police say the charges stemf rom an alleged incident on December 30th, 2005 when several people broke into a residence while the homeowner was gone on vacation. Authorities say the perpetrators consumer alcohol, ate food from the kitchen, lit off fireworks and left the house littered with debris, along with causing other damage.
Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected.
