(Spencer)– Charges have been filed against a Primghar man after he was found Sunday evening passed out in his vehicle with some marijuana.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says it received a report around 6:00 p.m. of a vehicle parked with its engine running on Highway 10 about a mile east of 170th Avenue. Upon arrival a deputy found the driver passed out behind the wheel.
26-year-old Joshua Richardson of Primghar was arrested for operating while intoxicated…second offense; and possession of a controlled substance…marijuana.
Richardson was booked into the Clay county jail pending an appearance before a magistrate.
