(Estherville)– Iowa Lakes Community College has a new Executive Dean of Instruction and Development.
Mark Gruwell, Assistant Professor/Coordinator of the Paralegal/Legal Studies program at Iowa Lakes, has been selected for the position currently held by Judy Cook, who’s retiring.
