(Milford)– LeMars developers Gene Collins, Roger Athens and Dan Wells updated the Milford city council Monday on their plans to redevelop the former Boji Bay site on the city’s north side.
Collins told the council they can expect requests for zoning changes and tax increment financing in the very near future.
The project still includes a 150-lot upscale R-V park; a motel; a strip mall atleast 20-thousand square feet in size and a restaurant.
Collins says site work will begin very soon, but he says it probably won’t be until 2007 before any of the operations are up and running.
