(Langdon)– A Clay county man is recovering from injuries suffered in a snowmobile accident Monday night near Langdon.
Sheriff Randy Krukow says it happened just before 8:00 p.m. Monday in a field along 310th Street south of Langdon.
Steve Spears was travelling through the field on his snowmobile when he hit a row fence and was thrown from the sled. His brother-in-law found him in the field and called the Sheriff’s Office. The Fostoria Fire and Rescue crew responded to the scene and transported Spears to Spencer Hospital.
Other details weren’t being released.
