Employees at a food plant in Estherville were evacuated yesterday when they smelled amonia. Estherville police, fire, and ambulance crews were called to Estherville Foods about 2 in the afternoon. Three employees were taken to Avera Holy Family Health where they were treated and released. Apparently a pressure valve on a cooling system released some ammonia.
