(Spirit Lake)– Citations have been issued against three people in connection with an incident the evening of Prom in the parking lot at Spirit Lake High School.
Spirit Lake police say it stems from a report they received around 7:00 p.m. of some suspicious-looking people in a vehicle at Spirit Lake High School.
Officers arrested 23-year-old Lance Rosburg of Ringsted for public intoxication. 19-year-old David Reeves…also of Ringsted…was cited for possession of alcohol under the legal age and released. 18-year-old Ocean Fisher of Spirit Lake was also cited for possession of alcohol under the legal age and possession of drug paraphernalia.
