(Lake Park)– Charges have been filed against a Spirit Lake woman as the result of a single-vehicle rollover Thursday evening just east of Lake Park.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says 37-year-old Cecilia Wilson of Spirit Lake was eastbound on 140th Street at the intersection with 140th Avenue when she lost control. The 1980 Ford Mustang Wilson was driving left the road and rolled into the north ditch.
Wilson was taken by ambulance to Lakes Regional Healthcare. The extent of her injuries wasn’t available.
Wilson was charged with failure to maintain control, possession of a controlled substance and open container.
The vehicle was totalled.
