(Sibley)– A traffic stop early this (Saturday) morning in Sibley landed a Worthington, Minnesota man in jail on drug charges.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 20-year-old Blaine Collin was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was booked into the Osceola county jail on a 1,300-dollar cash bond.
