(Everly)– A search of a residence in Everly has landed a man in jail on drug charges.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says deputies executed a search warrant at 207 East Second Street in Everly Monday and found quantities of what’s alleged to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
47-year-old Stephen Rank was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Clay county jail on bond of 1,300-dollars.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Clay County Attorney’s Office, Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force and the Iowa State Patrol.
Authorities say the case remains under investigation and additional arrests are possible.
