(Sibley)– Charges have been filed against an Ocheyedan woman accused of fraudulently obtaining insurance coverage.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 59-year-old Linda Kleve was charged with two counts of theft in the first degree…class “C” felonies; and one count of theft in the second degree…a class “D” felony.
Authorities say Kleve allegedly obtained insurance coverage for herself and family members through fraud while she was working for the office of Ellerbroek and Associates in Sibley.
