November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– A Ruthven man faces a drug charge after being pulled over last Thursday for a traffic stop in Clay county.

The Sheriff’s Office says upon investigating, a deputy determined the driver, 29-year-old Cody Henry of Ruthven, had a suspended driver’s license. A further investigation resulted in authorities finding what’s alleged to be a marijuana pipe.
