(Spencer)– A Rolfe man faces drug charges following a traffic stop early Sunday in Clay county.
The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle for speeding in the 4700 block of Highway 71 shortly before 2:00 a.m. Upon investigating, a passenger in the vehicle, 24-year-old Chad Spencer of Rolfe, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Spencer was also cited for open container.
He was booked into the Clay county jail.
