(Spencer)– A Sioux Rapids man faces a drug charge following a traffic stop early Monday on Highway 18 in Clay county.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle for an equipment violation. Upon investigating, 18-year-old Ross Woodford, a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Woodford was booked into the Clay county jail pending an initial appearance before a Magistrate.
