(Spencer)– Got a hard-to-buy-for person on your Christmas shopping list? The Iowa Lakes Corridor of Opportunity has something to help you out–it’s their “Holiday Gift Guide”.
Corridor officials say the guide is chock full of gift ideas from visual artists and food entrepreneurs. Paintings, pottery, sculptures, jewelry, photographs and blown glass along with tasty foods can be found.
All-natural candles, retractable plant hangers, wooden mugs, wood signs and barn quilts can also be found in the guide.
And what’s even more important, officials say, is the fact the items were all made locally.
The Corridor’s Holiday Gift Guides are available at local art galleries and can also be found on the Iowa Lakes Corridor’s website at www.lakescorridor.com.
