(Lake Park)– A Lake Park man faces multiple charges following a joint investigation by the Lake Park Police Department and the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office.
In a news release, Lake Park Police Chief Joe Hoover says 50-year-old Todd Allen Benson was arrested Tuesday on charges of fraudulent practices…a class “C” felony; conspiracy, extortion and possession of a controlled substance…all class “D” felonies; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Benson was booked into the Dickinson county jail.
The news release doesn’t say what it was that led up to the charges against Benson.
