(Emmetsburg)– An Estherville man wanted on a warrant out of Palo Alto county for contempt of court on a 2007 drug conviction was taken into custody Saturday during a traffic stop in Estherville.
27-year-old Tommy Hillard was wanted on a no-bond warrant for contempt of court in connection with an original charge of possession of a controlled substance in 2007.
Hillard was turned over to Palo Alto county authorities and was booked into jail.
