(Okoboji)– A lakes area boat dealer is receiving special kudos from a national trade publication. Boating Industry Magazine has ranked Parks Marina as seventh among the top 100 dealers in North America.
The dealership was also awarded the publication’s “Best In Class” award for best marketing strategy for North American marine dealers.
The top 100 recognizes the best-of-the-best of more than 3,000 marine dealers in North America.
Officials with Boating Industry Magazine attribute Parks’ success to its Barefoot Bar and establishment of the “Marina District” on west Lake Okoboji. As a result, the magazine says Parks Marina has been able to outperform competitors and colleagues from boating territories with populations exceeding a half million people.
Parks Marina was recognized this past fall as the #1 Crownline dealer for market share and the #2 Cobalt dealer in the world.
