(Spirit Lake)– A search of an apartment has resulted in charges against a Spirit Lake man.
Spirit Lake police say they executed a search warrant Wednesday of this week at 414 1/2 Lake Street in Spirit Lake that turned up 30 grams of a substance alleged to be marijuana.
27-year-old Joseph Davis, who lives at that address, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and keeping a disorderly house.
Davis was booked into the Dickinson county jail.
