(Spencer)– An Orange City man faces drug and other charges as the result of a traffic stop early last Wednesday in Spencer.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a subsequent search turned up drug paraphernalia on the driver and under the vehicle.
Deputies say a review of video taken with a patrol car camera allegedly shows 19-year-old Landon Korver of Orange City placing the paraphernalia under the vehicle.
Korver was transported to the Clay county jail where he was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts.
He was later released after posting bond.
