(Ruthven)– DCI Crime Lab test results have culminated in drug charges agains two Ruthven residents.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says 32-year-old Terry Brown, Jr. and 39-year-old Dawn Juchem of Ruthven were arrested Wednesday on charges of possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Authorities say the arrests were based on recently returned crime lab test results on items seized when a search warrant was executed August 8th of last year at 1405 Rolling Street in Ruthven.
The search warrant was executed by the Multi Agency Reponse Team, or MART, which consists of members from the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, the Emmetsburg Police Department, Emmet County Sheriff’s Office, Palo Alto and Emmet County Conservation groups and the Palo Alto County Hospital.
