(Terril)– A traffic stop and subsequent investigation has resulted in drug charges against a Spencer man.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle around 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the 3000 block of 240th Street near Terril. Upon searching the vehicle, authorities found a plant material alleged to be marijuana along with drug paraphernalia.
The driver, 45-year-old Michael Quail of Spencer, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Dickinson county jail and was later released after posting a $1,000 bond.
