(Spirit Lake)– A search of a vehicle has resulted in a drug charge being filed against a Spencer man.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says 19-year-old Tanner Wallace was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance after the search this past Sunday turned up what’s alleged to be marijuana.
Wallace was booked into the Dickinson county jail and was later released after posting bond of $1,000.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in the investigation by the Spirit Lake Police Department’s K9 Unit.
