ELC Narrows Superintendent Candidates To Four

(Estherville)– Another local school district has announced the finalists in its search for a superintendent.

The Estherville-Lincoln Central School Board announced today (Wednesday) it’s narrowed its list of candidates for the top position to four. They include Jody Gray, Superintendent of the Woodward-Granger School District in Woodward, Iowa; Gary Janssen, Superintendent of the North Tama School District in Traer, Iowa; Tara Paul, Curriculum Director for the Columbus School District in Columbus, Junction, Iowa; and Lyle Schwartz, Superintendent of the South Hamilton School District in Jewell, Iowa.

Two of the finalists, Schwartz and Janssen, are also finalists for the superintendent’s search in the Okoboji School District.

The Estherville-Lincoln Central School District will hold interviews with its four finalists Wednesday and Thursday, March 30 and 31st.
