(Primghar)– The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office has released details into a two-vehicle collision Friday that sent one person to the hospital.
Deputies say 28-year-old Daphne Ingwersen of Linn Grove was driving a 2008 Dodge pickup westbound on Highway 10 just west of Warbler Avenue when she lost control. The vehicle went into the south ditch, hit an embankment, and flipped over onto its roof.
A passenger in the vehicle, 57-year-old Stewart Jessen of Linn Grove, was taken to Baum Harmon Mercy Hospital in Primghar by private vehicle. He was treated for non-incapacitating injuries. No injuries were reported to Ingwersen.
Damage to the pickup was estimated at $8,000.
The crash took place shortly before 8:30 a.m.
