(Sibley)– An Ocheyedan woman originally charged with two counts of theft in the first degree and one count of theft in the second degree has pleaded guilty lesser charges in a plea bargain.
59-year-old Linda Kleve was accused of fraudulently obtaining insurance coverage for herself and her two sons while she was employed with the Ellerbroeks and Associates office in Sibley.
Kleve pleaded guilty Friday to charges of second degree theft and fraudulent practice.
Sentencing is tentatively set for June 14th in Osceola County District Court.
